A four-story, 75,000 square foot, concrete flat plate condominium building. The first framed floor required an extensive transfer level to convert the column layout for the residential levels to one that works for parking. Stability is achieved using an intermediate conventionally reinforced flat plate.

A two-story, 20,000 square foot, steel and wood framed replacement for an older sanctuary building. The new sanctuary floor is a steel framed composite metal deck floor. The roof uses steel moment frames and pre-engineered wood trusses.
NAME: MOORESVILLE CROSSING PHASES I AND II LOCATION: MOORESVILLE, NC ARCHITECT: BARTLETT, HARTLEY & MULKEY
A one-story, steel framed retail complex. The size of Phase I is 136,000 square feet, while Phase II is 95,000 square feet. Framing is predominantly bar joists and wide flange steel beams and columns.
